Checked luggage on Thomas Cook Ailines has confinements of number and aggregate weight contingent upon the class of go of the traveler.  "Standard package" class  voyagers have limitations of conveying one pcs,  weight up to 15 kg / 33lb ,  "Signature Holidays, Long Haul" - 20kg / 44lb, "Lomg Haul USA" -23kg / 50lb, "Premium Class" - 25kg / 55lb, "Premium Class USA" - 32kg / 70lb, "Flight Only" -  0kg / 0lb, "Infant baggage" allowance - 10kg /22lb. For all lodge or hand baggage, the measurement limitations are same. It would be ideal if you check the correct baggage directions imprinted on your ticket. 

If your trip incorporates go on an airline other than Thomas Cook Airlines, that working airline may offer you a lower Checked baggage allowance. You are encouraged to check with that airline on their allowance. 

Hand baggage allowances are one bag per passenger with max., allowed size (Height x Length x Width): 55 x 40 x 20cm / 21,5 x 16 x 7,8in; max allowed weight: 6kg / 13lbs. For Premium Class customers allowance is up to 10kg / 22lb carry on luggage.

Other than the previously mentioned allowance, travelers are additionally permitted to convey individual things, for example, women totes, coat, cover, little folder case, strolling stick or braces, obligation free things, baby wicker bin and camera or binoculars, laptop or tablet.

There are some permited items, that can not be taken on board. At first You can take only 100mls or less liquids or gels in your hand baggage. You have to put them in to the plastic clear bag, it will be x-rayed separately.

The maximum capacity of plastic bag must not exceed one litre per passenger  (approx., half the size of a standard A4 piece of paper and it must be sealable.). If you are unsure on any of the liquid, gels or pastes restrictions then just pack them into your suitcase when you check-in your hold luggage. You will be able to buy liquids such as drinks and perfumes in an airport shop after going through security or on-board our planes. Remember if they are sold in a special sealed bag, don’t open it before they are screened otherwise the contents may be confiscated at the security checkpoint. Laptops, tablets and other complex items of electrical equipment must be removed from hand luggage and screened separately through security control.

Also You can not carry the sharp items, like knife, on board.
