Checked Baggage Allowance

Short and Medium-Haul Flights

Cabin Baggage Allowance

To begin with, the passengers on short haul flights are allowed to bring with them only a single piece of cabin baggage weighing 8kg for the Economy Light, Economy Classic, and the Economy Flex passengers while the Economy Classic passengers have the opportunity to book cabin baggage on an optional basis. In comparison, those on the Business Flex will be allowed two pieces of cabin baggage weighing 8kg.

In the long haul flights, the passengers will be allowed to bring with them a single piece of checked baggage of 8kg in the Economy Saver, Economy Classic, and the Economy Flex subclasses. In both cases, the dimensions of the luggage should be limited to 55cm x 40 cm x 23 cm.

In addition to the allowed cabin baggage, the passengers are entitled to bring on board one of these items, a laptop case, a lady’s purse or a woman’s handbag which should be limited to dimensions of 40 cm x 30cm x 10 cm and a weight of 2kg.

Nevertheless, in the Economy Flex and the Business Class they will be allowed a single piece of such equipment weighing not more than 23kg.

For the same category of equipment but for passengers on the long-haul flight, the Economy Saver, and the Economy Classic passengers will be required to pay for such baggage. However, these fees will apply if the luggage was booked 30 hours before departure. These charges will be enforced on the first 23kg of excess baggage and are implemented according the class the passenger is flying on. Passengers on the Economy Light subclass will pay between 15 – 35 Euros for short and medium haul flights, while those on the Economy Classic, Economy Flex, and Business Class will pay between 70-90 Euros for the short haul flights and 150 Euros for the long haul flights.

Baggage Claims

The passengers are advised to claim their luggage immediately on arrival to their destinations. For any damaged baggage, the airline has partnered with Dolfi 1920 to inspect the damage to the luggage, repair it or offer a replacement for it. However, it is highly advisable that such complaints are reported at the Lost and Found counter within seven days of the incident arising.

Damage to the content of the baggage should also be reported within seven days of the event occurring.
